I had the privilege of speaking to students at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa on Winning with Your Personal Brand as a Student.

In this session, I challenged students to see beyond academics and recognize the strategic opportunities already within their reach - from leadership roles in clubs and volunteer work to internships, projects and online visibility.

We explored how personal branding is not something you build after graduation, but something you cultivate now. The earlier students learn to position themselves intentionally, the stronger their ability to attract internships, job offers, partnerships and even business opportunities.

The engagement was remarkable. Students asked thoughtful questions, shared their aspirations and leaned into the idea that visibility and value must go hand in hand.

This conversation is bigger than one campus.
