I had the honour of being a guest speaker at Career & Chill Event by Career Kickstart KE, where I led a conversation on how to win with your personal brand from the start, especially for early professionals.

During the session, we unpacked the 5 Cs of a strong personal brand: Clarity, Consistency, Credibility, Community and Content.

We concluded by getting practical through defining one career goal for the year, breaking it down into actions and identifying 3 things to do in the next 30 days.

This is why I believe personal branding conversations matter across schools, organisations, professional groups and communities.
