2026 is close, very close actually.
Some of us are still working. Most are slowing down. Some are travelling. Others are finally resting. And that’s just the beautiful season we’re in.
What this season naturally invites, though, is reflection.
And that’s where my mind has been lately.
Not in a rush to “plan the whole of 2026,” but in asking myself: Did my personal brand actually work for me in 2025?
Here are a few questions I’ve been sitting with and maybe you can sit with them too.
1️⃣ Did your brand attract the opportunities you wanted?
This only works if you had clear goals. One of mine was to get speaking opportunities and I’m grateful to say that happened. One of them came directly from LinkedIn, with someone telling me, “I’ve been following your work.”
That’s how you know your brand is doing its job.
2️⃣ Were you consistent?
Did you show up where you said you would? Online. In rooms. In conversations. Not perfectly, but intentionally.
3️⃣ Was your messaging aligned with what you want next?
This is where I’ll be honest: I know I could have positioned myself more clearly and consistently in the digital marketing space. And that’s something I’m actively working on as I move forward.
Reflection isn’t about beating yourself up. It’s about getting clear.
So if you’re thinking ahead, here’s what I believe helps:
Audit your brand: what worked, what didn’t, what needs to change
Set clear personal brand goals (just like businesses do with their goals)
Seek support when needed; sometimes clarity comes faster with the right perspective
For those who already know they want to take their personal or business brand seriously, this is the work I support firms and clients with: from profile optimisation to content, strategy, execution and visibility across platforms.
I enjoy working with people who are ready to show up and do the work. If that sounds like you, fill out this quick expression of interest form to support timely planning on both our ends.

As the year closes, thank you for reading, engaging and building alongside me. If there’s a topic you’d love us to explore together in 2026, my DMs are open.
Let’s build brands that actually work for us!
